Our Customer Service Representative Team is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (EST) to handle any requests.

If samples are needed and the request is made by 3:00 p.m. (EST), the samples will ship out that same day. If the request is received in our office after 3:00 p.m. (EST), all samples will ship out the following day via UPS Red (Next Day) or Blue (Two Day) delivery.
